Research
The research of Utrecht Theological University focuses primarily on the content, meaning and eloquence of Reformed theology and its significance for church, science, politics and society today. From this perspective, TU aims to keep the Christian faith tradition alive and to think it through further. The research is multidisciplinary in scope and seeks to connect with the humanities and social sciences. On this page you can read how the organization of the researchinstitutes is designed.
The research for the period 2024-2029 has one main program: Vulnerablity and Hope and will be led by Hans Schaeffer from 2024.
