Education Committee
The program committee of Utrecht Theological University is an advisory and participation body for the benefit of the CvB for all matters relating to education. The tasks and functioning of the program committee are described in detail in the regulations of the committee. You can download this document at the bottom of this page.

Legal embedding
A program committee is established for each program or group of programs. This is described in Article 9.18 of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Act. The committee’s task is to advise on promoting and guaranteeing the quality of the program. The committee has:

The right of consent regarding the subjects in the education and examination regulations.

The task of annually assessing the manner of implementation of the education and examination regulations

The right to give advice regarding the education and examination regulations.

As a task to give advice or make proposals to the board of the program and the dean, on request or of its own accord, on all matters concerning education in the program in question

As a task to discuss the review report
